Include your app version, device model, iOS version, and a short description of the issue. If relevant, include screenshots and the time the issue occurred.
For account or privacy requests, include the email address used in your ThreeTwoOne account.
Common Help Topics
1) Sign in or account access issues
- Check your email/password and internet connection.
- If sign-in fails repeatedly, contact support and include your account email.
2) Votes not appearing or not saving
- Ensure you are signed in to the correct account.
- Pull to refresh in Fixtures/My Votes after reconnecting to internet.
- If issue persists, send match details (round and teams) to support.
3) Markets or leaderboard data looks outdated
- The app may display cached data while offline.
- Reconnect and pull to refresh to fetch latest data.
4) Community chat moderation and reports
- Use in-app message actions to report inappropriate content.
- Reported content is reviewed by moderators.
5) Push notifications not arriving
- Confirm notification permission is enabled in iOS Settings.
- Open the app while online to refresh notification token state.
Account Deletion Requests
You can delete your account in-app from the Account tab. If you cannot access the app, email support@threetwoone.app with subject line "Account Deletion Request".
