These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to and use of the ThreeTwoOne app and related services (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility and Accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old (or older where required by local law).
• You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.
• Usernames must be unique and may only be changed by support at our discretion.

2. Service Description

ThreeTwoOne allows users to track AFL 3-2-1 vote predictions, compare leaderboard views, and participate in community chat. The Service is informational and entertainment-focused.

3. No Betting Services or Financial Advice

• ThreeTwoOne does not accept bets, process wagers, or provide gambling services.
• Any market-related content is general information only and not financial, betting, or investment advice.
• You are solely responsible for decisions you make using information shown in the Service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful, abusive, threatening, or defamatory conduct.
• Post spam, malware, fraudulent content, or content that infringes third-party rights.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, scrape, or gain unauthorised access to systems or data.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent affiliation.

5. Community and User Content

• You retain ownership of content you post, but grant us a non-exclusive license to host, display, and process it to operate the Service.
• We may moderate, remove, or restrict content or accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.
• Community channels may contain user opinions that do not represent ThreeTwoOne.

6. Data and Privacy

7. Intellectual Property

• The Service, branding, software, and related materials are owned by or licensed to ThreeTwoOne.
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit Service materials except as permitted by law or with written permission.

The Service relies on third-party infrastructure and integrations, including Firebase and Stream. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, or failures of third-party services outside our control.

9. Availability and Changes

• We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or always-available operation.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or where needed to protect users, legal compliance, or platform integrity. You may stop using the Service at any time.

11. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ThreeTwoOne and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or use.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ThreeTwoOne and its operators from claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or breach of these Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, unless otherwise required by mandatory local consumer law.

We may update these Terms. Updated versions will be posted with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
